Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop marketing strategies and annual sales plans according to company requirements to achieve annual market sales targets.
2. Closely monitor market trends, grasp industry information and developments, and provide accurate information for company decision-making.
3. Manage customer relationships, understand market trends, formulate sales strategies, actively promote the company brand, and increase customer satisfaction in the assigned area.
4. Establish continuous and effective communication with customers through participation in domestic and international exhibitions, client visits, daily phone calls, and e-commerce, accurately capturing customer needs.
5. Independently handle customer demand communication, project advancement, bidding, contract signing, be responsible for tracking and processing customer orders, and supervise and follow up on payments.
6. Responsible for the entire export trade process risk control.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, CET-4 or higher in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to use English as a working language and independently conduct business negotiations with clients.
2. Majors related to international trade, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food, etc. are preferred.
3. Familiar with international trade workflows and related laws and regulations, able to flexibly apply various marketing strategies, and independently develop international markets.
4. More than two years of experience in overseas market development and international trade sales.
